Turnkey 3D print farms – from analysis to servicing

We design, build and maintain 3D printing right on your premises. Jigs, spare parts, prototypes and small batches by the next day – no waiting for suppliers.

  • 9steps from the first meeting to running production
  • 23types of operations we build farms for
  • 24 hresponse to breakdowns – remotely or on site

What we do for businesses

Turnkey print farm

We design the farm around your real demand, not a catalogue – and hand it over up and running.

  • part analysis, utilisation and machine selection
  • delivery, installation and network setup
  • print profiles, calibration and operator training
  • scaling from a few printers to dozens
See the process →

Printer servicing and maintenance

Also for printers you already have. They keep running – and when they don't, we sort it out.

  • preventive servicing and replacement of worn parts
  • remote status monitoring and alerts
  • remote or on-site response within 24 hours
  • reports on utilisation, downtime and material consumption
Request servicing →

Printer selection and supply

Don't need a whole farm? We'll help you choose the right machines and materials for your parts.

  • technology recommendation (FDM or resin)
  • test prints of your parts
  • cost-per-part comparison
  • delivery and initial setup

How it works – step by step

The whole process from the first meeting to running production. For each step you can see what we do, what you get and what we need from you.

  1. No-obligation consultation

We briefly discuss what you make, what you want to print, and your deadlines and budget. Online or by phone.

    What you get
You know whether 3D printing pays off for you and what the next step is.
    Your role
You describe your operation and send a few example parts.
  2. Part and operations analysis

We go through drawings, 3D models or samples, required materials, tolerances, volumes and deadlines.

    What you get
A list of parts suitable for printing, with the recommended technology and material.
    Your role
You provide data (STEP, STL, drawings) or physical samples.
  3. Sample test prints

We print samples of your parts so you can try them out right in production.

    What you get
Physical samples plus data on print time, material consumption and cost per part.
    Your role
You test the samples in real operation.
  4. Farm design and costing

We design the number and type of machines, their layout, material storage and drying, networking and print management software. We work out the cost per part and the payback compared with your current solution.

    What you get
A quote with budget, schedule and cost comparison.
    Your role
You approve the scope and the location of the farm.
  5. Delivery and installation

We supply the printers and accessories, build the racks, prepare material storage boxes and connect everything to the network.

    What you get
The farm is in place and ready to be set up.
    Your role
You provide the space, power and network connection.
  6. Setup and calibration

We prepare print profiles for your parts and materials, calibrate the machines and fine-tune a test batch.

    What you get
Proven settings that produce consistent parts every time.
    Your role
You approve the first parts from the farm.
  7. Operator training

We teach your staff to load material, start and remove prints, carry out routine maintenance and fix the most common faults.

    What you get
Trained operators and a concise operating guide.
    Your role
You decide who will run the farm.
  8. Launch and monitoring

The farm goes live. We monitor the machines remotely, manage the print queues and flag problems before they stop production.

    What you get
Running production with an overview of utilisation and downtime.
    Your role
You send jobs to the print queue.
  9. Servicing, maintenance and expansion

Regular preventive servicing, replacement of worn parts, utilisation and cost reports. When demand grows, we expand the farm without reworking the process.

    What you get
Reliable long-term operation that grows with you.
    Your role
You let us know when volumes or the product range change.

FAQ

Does in-house 3D printing pay off compared with CNC or ordering parts externally?

For jigs, spare parts, prototypes and small batches of plastic parts it usually does – mainly thanks to speed and a lower cost per part. During the analysis we work out a specific comparison for your parts, so you can decide based on the numbers.

How big a farm do we need?

Some businesses need just two or three reliable printers next to production, others need dozens of machines running around the clock. We size the farm according to volume, part size and deadlines – and plan for it to be expanded later.

What materials can be printed?

Standard PLA and PETG, engineering ABS, ASA, PC and nylon, carbon or glass fibre composites, flexible TPU and, on resin printers, resins for fine detail, dental or castable applications. We choose the material based on the part's load, temperature and environment.

Can you take over servicing of printers we already have?

Yes. We'll take over preventive maintenance, repairs and profile setup for your existing printers, and can add remote monitoring if needed.

What if a printer breaks down?

We monitor the machines remotely, so we catch many problems before they stop production. If something breaks, we respond remotely or on site within 24 hours.

Do we need our own 3D printing technician?

No. We train your operators for day-to-day work (changing material, removing prints, routine maintenance) and handle the more complex things ourselves.

Do we need our own 3D models?

It helps, but it isn't necessary. A drawing, a sample or a description of what you need is enough – we'll help you prepare the data.
